1. Capital Recovery

Through distressed property acquisition, light renovation, and refinancing at up to 80% Loan‑to‑Value, your original investment is targeted to be returned within 120–180 days.

2. Bonus Payout

After your capital is returned, you receive an additional bonus, 70% of your original investment.

3. Passive Income Phase

Once capital and bonus are paid, your participation continues with
three full years of passive income at 8% annually, completely hands‑off:
